Snap-top polyethylene closures provide dependable delivery of mixed culture over the life span of the tube. The large opening permits easy filling, pipetting, and sample retrieval. The concave bottom provides a tight seal when required for good thermal and chemical stability. Snap-top polyethylene closures provide an airtight seal when required. Snap-top polyethylene closures are the same polyethylene snap-caps found on Sterilized or Frosted tubes. Snap-top tubes are translucent, without graduations, and without a graduation unless specified otherwise. The PP tubes are lot lot number-coded and lot-coded, employing a variable numbering system.
