This product is recommended for the qualitative pre- and post- treatment evaluation of hemolytic activity of tumor cells in vivo. The Chromagard Agar II zone inhibition zones decrease chromagranin levels in tumor cells from blood, synovial fluid, or urine and are recommended for use in the detection of hemolytic reactions in tumor cells from urine or other in vitro sources. This product has been used in clinical microbiology and hematology laboratories.
