Corning BioCoat Collagen I 384 white round bottom plates feature a tissue culture-treated polystyrene surface with a uniform application of rat tail collagen type I. This Corning BioCoat Collagen I 384w White round bottom plate comes with a BD Corning machined handle. To use, simply place the culture plate on the surface of the tissue culture insert. Allow 30 minutes for the speciment to germinate before removing the BD Corning Collagen I 384 white round bottom plates to germinate. Then, gently rock the tissue culture plate back and forth several times to ensure a uniform application of the collagen type I. Place the red-purple lever toward the center of the plate to rapidly induce a clumping of the collagen type I. After germination, gently shake or roll the plate to ensure a uniform distribution of the collagen type I.
