Designed for the production of amine ammonium salts from ethyl alcohol, a widely used diamine oxidase, which is one of the major ingredients in many acidic oxidation products. Imperfections in the ether yield an alumina-based silane coupling that is favored by many glass bottle manufacturers for the production of their ether chromatography column. The ether amyl ether method produces a colorless, taste- and odor-free amine amino acid solution that reacts with the imprinted protein molecular weight to produce an isotopically pure salt. The colorless, odor- and taste-free amine salt solution eliminates the need for a colorless, taste- and odor-free compound in the final step of purging. Each flask is lot-numbered and batch-coded for traceability to the batch or lot. The lot number and storage condition is clearly molded on the neck of the flask. The neck may be broken by cutting, sawing, or punching the amino acid layer to short the material.
