Product Info for BD Purecoat Carboxyl Flask 75 356778

For applications requiring controlled delivery of gases and liquids, including buffer solutions, reagents, or corrosives, BD Purecoat Carboxyl Flasks are designed to provide an adequate flow. The unique features of these flasks allow a controlled delivery of reactive substances without the concern of sample cross-contamination. Dry to the touch, these flasks provide an excellent method for delivering samples and a reliable delivery system for waste streams from animal feeding operations, fermentation studies, and clinical diagnostic labs. Compared with metal flasks, BD Purecoat eliminates contact between the sample and acid-alkaline solutions, which results in: less surface charge on samples; color, whether from organic or inorganic acids, a color-coded tetrahedral distribution on the bulb; and variation in the neck diameter with increasing age.image
