This fluorescent dye used in the development of various detection techniques for example chemiluminescent and chromogenic dyes used in the study of tuberculosis in non-emergent areas. The use of fluorescent dyes that do not contain heavy metals or fillers is highly desirable to avoid off-gassing and to provide a more accurate color comparison with urine, feces, plant tissue, and certain types of tissue and organs. For use in urine, specimens, serums, and plasma for qualitative analysis by titration methods. Most urine preparations will pass through the color detection process; however, some stains and post-consumer pigments may leak through. Use this product as an indicator for testing urine for the appropriate detection level. Also functions as a color-change indicator in the test tube. Fast acting dyes used in colorimetry and spectrometry applications are used in colorimetry applications. Fast acting dyes include orange, fuchsin, and fuchsin derivatives.
