Although formed from a single piece of natural rubber latex, the unique design of the Bel-Art Glove Box Bellows assures quality and consistency. The bellows on the Glove Box by Bel-Art are free of internal voids, crevices, or dead space and provide flexibility in closing for leak-proof performance. The self-aligning flaps of the Glove Box Bellows prevent separation of the glove from the sleeve, while a provision for ventilation and cooling provides a flow-through valve. A molded-in expanding O-ring permits air to circulate freely inside the glove box, while a sealed valve at the base of the box admits working air to the glove box. The sleeve is constructed without clamps or handles, but does have a handle and a flange at the ring mouth which facilitates opening and closing. The clamps incorporate flat knife edges at the jaws for a sure grip in all types of weather conditions. The knife edge provides an area for securing and adjusting clamps. The clamps retain a rolled lip for use with a circling clamp (sold separately). Glove box bellows forms a leak proof unit with O-ring construction integral with the box. The bellows allows cooling air circulation. Use with 47748-192 Clamping Rings to hold gloves in place.
