Liquid flow measurement is a critical procedure in many laboratories, and Bel-Art Inc. understands this and has created the Riteflow panel and bench mounted flowmeter. The flowmeter can be used for liquid flow measurement, process flows, or pilot plants. These flowmeters may be used with dual float combinations to increase metering ratio to 20:1. Flowmeters can also be used with a combination of floats. A teflon fitting is standard with 150 mm flowmeters and 65 mm flowmeters; a Teflon fitting can be added for 10:1 metering ratio with dual float combinations. Beakers with aluminum fittings have hose barbs that accept 8 mm to 1 cm I.D. tubing. Flowmeters with Teflon fittings have Teflon fittings Teflon plugs that can be removed for use with female 3.2 mm (1/8") NPT fittings. These flowmeters are designed for purity and chemical resistance; acids are ideally suited for the corrosive environment. These flowmeters are designed for usage with a wide range of liquids or gases.
