These Bel-Art stirbars are made of Teflon, an incredibly non-contaminating material. And because of their unique, interrupted surface, these stirbars create four times more turbulent mixing than regular cylindrical stirring bars. Bel-Art stirbars are much more durable than cylindrical stirring bars, offering a much higher level of mixing and turbulence. These Bel-Art stirring bars are also produced in an ISO 9001:2008 registered facility. Choose from red, yellow or blue. Also, these stirbars are encased in a tight-gap vacuum sleeve, reducing the amount of space required for the stirring coils.
