Inert gas Vials are an excellent choice for collecting and transporting gases, water vapors, and other gases & liquids. Inert gas vials will collect and release any gas which vaporizes within the tube. Molecularly tapered glass prevents chemical attack and contains any released vapors. During distillation, the alcohol in the release medium boils off and the distillation process stops. The release needle quickly swings open to initiate the distillation process. The sealed vial is easy to identify and use. It is essential to note that the distillation process itself generates enough pressure to create a vacuum. Any partially released vapours within the vacuum will be expelled from the vial and into the atmosphere. The vacuum will continue to flow throughout the entire piece of glass providing effective contamination control. Caps are threaded, and graduations are in millimeter increments.
