Product Info for Benchmade Axis Flipper Folding Knife w/ 7.36" Open Length

The Benchmade Axis Locking Flipper Folding Knife is an attractive, sharp-looking and stylish, yet a very efficient folding knife. This Knife by Benchmade gets its function from a small, hardened steel bar which rides forward and back in a slot machined into both steel liners. The bar extends to both sides of the Benchmade Axis Flipper Folding Knife w/ Textured G10 Handle spans the liners, and is positioned over the rear of the blade. It engages a ramped, tang portion of the knife blade when it is opened. For everyday applications the Benchmade Axis Flipper Knife w/ Drop-point Steel Blade is the ideal knife for its convenience of a flipper with the performance of the AXIS locking mechanism.image
