The BERING OPTICS latest and most technologically-advanced BORDER PATROL is a portable thermal bi-ocular imager, that can be used as a handheld observation device for medium- and long-range distances. BORDER PATROL features the real high-grade Germanium Optics that is paired with advanced Vanadium Oxide (VOx) uncooled TAU II 336x256 micro bolometer core and proprietary electronics.image

The device body is nitrogen-purged, and is water-, dust- and shock-proof. The device is action ready in virtually any environment including severe conditions when the environmental obscurants such as smoke, dust, haze, fog, are present. For optimum performance, there is a wide range of menu-driven options including switchable image polarity, manual screen brightness control, digital zoom.
