The ''Open Top'' bi-material design allows you to carry OC/Mace dispensers or other similarly sized devices securely and without hindrance. The strong belt loop provides a universal fit for both pistol holsters and duty belts with dual position belt loops. Pouch has a firm polycarbonate rivet and a secondary polycarbonate rivet to prevent shifting. Constructed of mold contact trilaminate material with a Coptex knit lining to ensure that the pouch will not absorb moisture from either wet or dry environments preventing breakdown of the material. Lined with a soft lining that provides lightweight and noiseless carry.
