This has a Velcro closure but is not completely Velcro lined. It cannot be used in conjunction with another belt, either inner or outer.

The Pro IDPA Competition Belt is suitablefor competition or everyday concealed/open carry. The hook and loop system was implemented in order to make it extremely easy to use. Coming in at 7mm, the Pro IDPA Competition Belt is flexible yet rigid enough to support your firearm, mag pouch, knife, etc. This belt includes a magazine sleeve that will accommodate single stack and double stack magazines.image
