Product Info for BlackHawk Mark II CQD Weapons Catches
The Mark II with a patent-pending dual retention design that works with the Blackhawk CQD system. With a simple pull on the magazine release, the firearm is securely locked in place. The patent-pending dual retention design secures the magazine in place when it is holstered and allows the firearm to be quickly and accurately deployed. This forces the magazine into a forward hold, where it stays until such time as the operator releases it. The Mark II works well with the Blackhawk CQD system, allowing for high speed draw of a weapon with no action on the magazine release, and allowing the operator to fire with the safety on in order to prevent unintentional release of the firearm.
