The BlackHawk Foundation Series Placard First Responder features a clear face with an ID window and window viewer, medical graphics, and medical education/training provider contact information. Blackhawk Placard First Responder is a durable medical education/training provider placard that fits the inside loops of a medical ALICE or DOT carrying bag. A morale panel informs medical personnel that medical personnel are on scene and provides a standardized form of communication. The Blackhawk First Responder Placard is embossed with the medical responder's name, the date, time, and location of the next medical emergency response. All medical personnel who respond to calls for medical emergency assistance will be listed as having responded to the emergency call and will be listed as the responsible agency on the back of the placard.
