Cant: to set at an angle or to pitch to one side. In layman's terms: when you look through the rifle, the reticle is not perfectly horizontal level.
MOA: Minute of Angle: this refers to the angular measurement at a given distance. Most often referred to in terms of MOA at 100yrds. 1 MOA = 1" at 100 yards.
