For the high-contrast blade, we chose dark ebony scales with an elegant shimmer that goes very well with the Damascus steel. The delicately finished surface of the steel perfectly shows the subtle pattern. The Smatchet Damascus offers its impressive size, the elegant look and perfect harmony of the design by Rex Applegate.
