Product Info for Boker Optima Anniversary 150 Fixed Blade Knife

Naturally, Boker celebrates their 150th anniversary with a wide-ranging special edition based on selected models from Boker's history. Each of these carefully selected models is an important part of Boker's history, so in a way, the selection represents their corporate history from the oldest of all Boker knives, the sporting knife, to newer models such as the Cub. These models feature scales of green stabilized curly birch.The typical curly birch pattern and the rich color of the wood go very well with the new blade finish, a special combination of polish and satinization that they're are using for the very first time. In addition, the blades feature two-tone etching with the history Boker tree etched in gold. Providing a strong contrast and elegant appearance, the inscription is etched in deep black.With its interchangeable blade, the Boker Optima is one of the most versatile knives. The drop-point blade of the anniversary model is made from 440C and secured with a backlock.image
