Boker Saga Kitchen Knives have slightly curved handles are made of indestructible, temperature and humidity resistant G-10. The Boker Saga Kitchen Knife Set handles have a wide, dovetailed end for additional grip safety. The high strength is based on the full tang construction, which reaches from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle. For the perfect cutting performance, a flat grind is used, along with the selection of the 440C stainless steel, which far exceeds the edge holding capability and corrosion resistance of conventional stainless steels.
