Prairie Hunter Arisaka Type 99 Long Action Left Hand Stock Right Hand Action Military Barrel Channel Left Hand Stock This stock is for the Arisaka Type 99 rifle that has a left hand action and is equipped with a military style channel and a full length locking rib. The action is installed in the gun by moving the safety to the off-set lug then install the safety pin and sling swivel to the correct location then drop the detachable tang into place and tighten the two clamps at the front of the action to secure it in the stock. The stubby barrel has a mortise type lockup and the stock has a military style bedding block and a slight cant to it. Stock has rolled ridges all the way around the circumference of the stock to provide a comfortable grip. Action is moved towards the right or left side of the gun. This stock has a full length top swivel stud on the left side and one on the right side of the gun. Left hand stock only.
