The Brinkmann Outdoors Gourmet Grill/Smoker has a 1500 Watt heating element and lava rocks in the base pan. Easily convertible from smoker to grill and visa versa - you will enjoy pounds and pounds of food cooked on this Brinkmann. Two chrome plated steel grills can handle up to 50 lbs of food. Whatever the occasion, the Brinkmann Outdoors Gourmet Grill and Smoker is ready to use and provide delicious food for everyone.image
