The comfortable inner liner insulated with PrimaLoft, military-grade hollow fiber fill that will keep you toasty warm even when it's wet. With the fully-taped 2-Layer Pre-Vent outer shell, you won't need to worry about getting wet - this layer is completely waterproof and breathable.
