does it fit a s&wsd40?? Manufacturer Answer

The BSA Reflex illuminated sight will fit a weaver rail or picatinny rail. The reflex sight would not work for an undermount pistol.

this will not even close down on my Pic rail this is ridiculous??? help Manufacturer Answer

The BSA Optics Illuminated sights 33x24mm reflex sight will mount on weaver or picatinny rails, just extend the side lever until it is perpendicular to the sight on top of the base and close the lever until it is parallel to the sight. If you are having issues, please reach out to BSA customer service at 479-636-1200.
