The Y-Configuration of this ratcheting hold-down strap secures the tire when laying down in an upright position. The heavy-duty webbing features a knuckle strap with adjusters that allow you to increase the size of the hold-down strap to secure the tire of your vehicle. This hold-down strap comes with 2in heavy-duty webbing and 2in heavy-duty flat steel hooks with clasps. The ratchet is equipped with a breaker's bolt for increased strength. This tire hold-down strap comes with 12k lb rated heavy duty ratchet. This hold-down strap is designed for use with the rear parking brake as well as the hand brake both wheels.
