Product Info for C.A.M.P. Nylon Tricams
Twist the blade of the CAMP Nylon Tricam to cam a horizontal crack, crimp a roof, pick a pocket, or anchor the Tricam to a tree. The patented design of the CAMP Nylon Tricam is the strongest cam on the market, with 17 kN breaking strength. The patented design allows the blade of the cam to rotate when it is torqued, locked, or in the Off position, and the cam notch can be used to transfer some of the clamping force to the user's hand. The CAMP Nylon Tricam features an innovative wrap-around tail on the cam notch such that, with normal wear forces, only one clamp is required. The Cam tab is not a weld that binds the shape of the cam to the rock, but a tab that holds the shape of the cam to the rock. This patent-pending feature eliminates Welding operations on the Cam tab.
