Product Info for C.A.M.P. Steel Oval Quick Link Zinc Plated
The CAMP Zinc Plated Steel Oval Quick Link is an excellent choice for anchors, raps and fixing draws in addition to being an excellent tool for setting up rappels. Built using the same material as the CRAM Quick Link, the CAMP MAP Zinc Quick Link is plated with a thick zinc coating to resist rusting in humid environments. All of the links in the CAMP Quick Link family have an 'A' shape followed by a loop. The loop must be able to close, so the user must hold the rope/chain/bar in place while rotating the quick link. If the rope/chain becomes snagged in a load zone, the user must use a prusik to close the loop. The CRAQ Link should only be used for primary anchors (set up rappel, equip anchors or fixing draws).
