This C&H Precision Weapons FN 509 Adapter Plate will fit optic ready models of the FN 509, including the 509C. However, if you do not have an optic ready model of the 509C, then you will need to use the Evolution Gun Works Trijicon RMR Sight Mount which can be found linked below:

Great plate. Definitely a step over the 2 piece original. Plate is solid. I believe it will hold better zero of the optic. Everything came in package. Screws n plate. Chpws has great plates I also have them for Glocks which they are on all mine.
