The S/PORT Bulk Containers are designed to economically and efficiently provide the flexibility needed for effective fume hood operation and space maximization. The S/PORT containers feature proprietary internal partitions and port positioning which allows the operator to comfortably and efficiently operate the fume hood, while maintaining a fully visible and accessible fume hood aperture throughout. The synthetic aperture material, which is inherently stronger and stiffer than all other fume hood aperture material, allows the fume hood to close completely over the fume hood to prevent secondary venting while running the fume hood. In addition, the self-positioning ports allow for the positive functioning of electronic equipment such as oximeters, gas meters, solenoids, and desiccators which are inherently less stable than paddle mounted ports.
