This choke tube holds a tight pattern. Its almost beneficial to let the birds get a bit of distance from you before you shoot. I had a 100% kill rate on my first pheasant hunt with it. All pheasants dropped immediately and I had no lost birds. This...

As always very skeptical but I decided to buy and give it a try. This is one of the best patterning choke tubes I have now. I tried it with 3" prairie storm loads and several different lead loads and patterning was excellent.

The Carlson's 12 Gauge Titanium Coated Prairie Storm Chokes works with the unique Flite Control wad in Prairie Storm Ammunition to deliver inconsistent patterns in ported chokes or when used with wad stopping or stripping devices. This Choke Tube made by Carlson's Choke Tubes uses a special field-tested constriction and length to get the most from Federal Premium Prairie Storm Ammunition. Carlson's Prairie Storm Titanium Coated Choke Tube allows Federal's special Flite-Stopper lead pellets and Flite-Control wad to deliver devastating downrange patterns. This Carlson's Shotgun Choke performs equally well when used with lead, copper, nickel, Hevi-Shot and steel shot loads. Carlson's Prairie Storm Choke Tube is a proven performer on pheasants and upland birds, using all lead and steel shot loads over extended distances.image
