CAN YOU SHOOT THIS WITH AR 556

Yes, but I would imagine the bullets wouldn't lose much velocity so, personally, I'd be extra careful. I'm not questioning anyone's ability to shoot or handle firearms safely just being a dad, it's innate. I bought this for my pre charged pneumatics and I won't even bring out my .357 Hatsan Carnivore or anything like it unless I adjust the Hammer spring to lower FPE, which isn't possible with powder burners. That's the main reason I use pcps for home defense adjustability, accuracy ( no recoil), unquestionable stopping power god forbid its necessary, but, prepare for the worst pray, and hope for the best. God � all

does it work with regular clay targets or do you have to use there VisiChalks? Can you answer this question?

Overall this is a fun .22 target. So fun that you will be looking to buy lots of extra chalk disk refills if you use it much. Pros: small, light, easy to set up Cons: targets a little small, not many come with kit

It is fun but hard to see at a distance. The colored targets make it easier and have more fun using my rifle and scope than my pistol.
