Do I just need BCG, Barrel and magazine to convert AR-15 from 556 to 6.5 Gren?

Yes, that's correct. There may be some other incompatible parts such as gas block and muzzle devices due to barrel diameter differences but that is all that should be necessary from a mechanical perspective. I would also highly recommend an adjustable gas block for Grendel.
