Will this work on rifles with magpuls bad(bolt assisted device) lever installed on them?

Tried it and nope. Bad lever will hit the paddle and will drop the mag. Lever can be bent away from the paddle but will block the paddle defeating the ambi design

Yes although if you add an extended release button on the right side possibly not. Odin Works has a special one for that situation.

This ambi mag catch works well, but beware that the spring isn't included. Not sure if there was a recent change from CMMG, but I purchased 2 here and neither of them included the spring.
