Does the blade propel otf and or is it spring assisted? Can the blade be carried in the pen? I see no operating instructions? Expert Answer

The Cobra Tec Knives PKOTFP OTF Tactical Pen has a switch that you push up to deploy the 1.75 inch 440C stainless steel blade and push down to retract (OTF). The blade ejects from the back end of the pen while the pen is located at the tip. So both can be used at the same time.
