The Ti-Lite or Tele-Blade is the folding version of our revolutionary Vise-Grip folder and it has a slick, futuristic style reminiscent of the best-selling classic knife of the 1950s - the Tele-Blade. But while the original was beautiful, it was frosty and deceiving and there was a serious lack of razor-sharp precision engineering in the design. The Ti-Lite, on the other hand, is fullering, or levering, rather than back-bending, which offers much more safety, and a feisty hand hold - especially when being used as a portal between two or more attackers. While it has some of the same stylistic touches of the classic, it has been streamlined towards the Ti-Lite's more modern, light-weight and razor sharp capabilities, and a slicker, smoother, friction free for drawing and use - which is a huge plus in any knife collection. The wide, ricasso-undo handle is now CNC Milled of beautiful USA made 7075 Aluminum. And while the handles are certainly beautiful, they are also quite complex and intricate works of art in and of themselves. The Ti-Lite has many features the classic Ti-Lite has but one streamlined, futuristic styling. It has a sharp, razor-sharp bead blasted American CTS XHP Alloy blade, that provides much more strength than traditional stainless steel and is a mere 4.6 ounces in weight - that's just 4.6 ounces in weight. And while the handles are "open" they are also quite involved in a patented dual-sided integral frame lock system. The dual-sided structure provides much more intricate detail and complexity than other folding knives - much more like a Vise Cutting Knife or a Swiss Army Knife. So getting it sharp, smooth and round is not only good for the pocket and the pocket - it's also ideal as an Ego-Shaped Razor.
