Product Info for Condor Tool and Knife Yari Spear
The Yari Spears were designed primarily as a personal protection tool, and as a wedding gift for my brother who is in the military. I have always been fascinated by the throwing of spears, and as a young boy, my father always joked about making one for myself. Well, Yari just happened to be the name of his father's clan, and so I made one for myself. Ivars Uluva is from a small town in Idaho, and he made spears for fun, as he has always wanted one for himself. So, I made one. It's 68.5 in length, and made of 1075 high carbon steel. It does come with a hand made sogtie leather sheath, but it also comes with an extra shaft made in specialized factories, and a Certificate of Authenticity, both pieces are serialized.
