The CoolFire Training System for Glock 17 is a safe and easy way to train using your standard handgun. The CoolFire system converts your Glock 17 handgun into a non-lethal, CO2 powered, precision training tool. Install the special striker into the barrel of your Glock 17, then turn on the CO2. The force applied to the striker by the CO2 causes it to open. As the CO2 in the barrel compresses, a small explosion is created, simulating the recoil of a real firearm. This system is excellent for training new shooters how to properly use their Glock handgun. But, a trained shooter will definitely know how to use their pistol safely and correctly, because practice makes perfect. The Coolfire system was specifically designed for normal, everyday use by law enforcement officers and corrections professionals. The inserts go into the magazine of the real firearm, and prevent the magazine from getting stuck, which is a serious issue when practicing with "live fire" training.
