The VIEVU PVR-LE2 Body Cam Audio / Video Camera is a small, light, and fully functional audio / video recorder that can be worn easily and unobtrusively by police officers on the job. No cables, wires, batteries, or other mess - the VIEVU Video Camera is entirely self-contained, about the size of a smart phone, activates with a simple on-off button, and clips onto the front of any uniform shirt to record events as they happen. Capture confrontations with suspects for later use in court, document events and operations - all without having to worry about a hand-held video recorder. The VIEVU Body Cam is housed in a rubberized case that is made to take the bumps and jolts common to the working environment, and it's watertight so you can keep right on using it in even the worst weather. The VIEVU LE2 Patrol Camera requires the VERIPATROL software system to securely store and manage video files. The VIEW LE2 Video Camera and VERIPATROL software utilize a Digital Signature process that marks each video with a digital hash certificate to prove that the video has not been altered. The Digital Signature process is FIPS 140-2 compliant. VidLock security prevents unauthorized access if the camera is lost or stolen.
