Is the desantis angle hunter for the python 6" the newer model? The one that covers trigger gaurd and closed on the end to protect muzzle? Thanks Manufacturer Answer

– About ¼” of the trigger guard is exposed. Please note that there will be about ½” of slack by the muzzle as this holster accommodates up to a 6 ½” barrel. The end of the muzzle will be protected as this holster is sewn shut at the bottom.
