The DeSantis Option 4 Belly Band IWB Holster can accommodate an optic depending on the firearm you are using with the bellyband. A micro sized pistol with an optic (EX: SCCY CPX-1) may not have enough clearance to safely accommodate an optic, while compact pistols would not have an issue.

Are there any extra pouches for extra magazines, Or if you only carry 2 pistols can the empty gun pouches be used for extra magazines? Expert Answer

This belly band holster will only fit the 4 pistols. You can put magazines in the pouches for the pistols, but they will not be held properly.
