Yes, it should fir the Savage Model 110 Apex Hunter in 6.5 PRC (without picatinny rail), but the ring height will be dependent on the scope you're intending on mounting on the rifle.

This is my third DEDNUTZ mount and I love them. No guess work they are dead on everytime. If you need lateral adjustment on your mounts you sould rethink your mount purchase. Pros: easy and inexpensive Cons: no complaints
