Very well made but the plates are only 3” .not mentioned in the description. I was thinking they would be larger like my pistol tree. The springs are to tight not allowing the plates to move. The might over time.

On the first duel the hinge loop broke on 2 paddles. I welded the loops back together and reinforced the others. We were able to use the tree for the rest of the day. Like stated in another review the spring tension is stiff. Higher velocity ammo hel...

Got this for Christmas and it didn't last 50 rounds with my ruger 10/22. 3 of the tension loops broke. Would be a great target if it was made with better steel. I mean 3 paddle loops broke the 1st 20 min I used it with 22lr at 75 yards
