the product came as shown. functions perfectly. i did not double check the size so i had to reorder a spring kit and buffer for a rifle length. so this item did not work with my carbine length buffer, which was my fault for not doing research. aft...

Have not installed on my AR-22 build yet, but looks like a good fit. No buffer spring or plug needed for the AR-22. Nice light stock on a light build. Good price from O.P. Was out of stock at time of order, but I was in no hurry.
