Dutton-Lainson's 25200 StrongArm SA-Series 12V DC electric winch is used for vehicle or boat trailers. Built to the same high quality standards as regular SA-Series StrongArm electric winches. This high-torque 12V DC motor has circuit-breaker overload protection. This TW-Series electrical winch features "power in", controlled freewheeling clutch and a positive mechanical brake. It features a 1,500 lb. load capacity for boats up to 4,000 lbs. Includes 20' of a 2" wide polyester strap and a snap hook. The clutch control knob engages gears or releases load in a controlled freewheel mode. The winch is by your vehicle battery, using the included wiring harness (25' positive battery wire and 8' of ground wire). Electric switch and clutch controls are conveniently located on the same side for easy operation. The winch can be manually operated with a 5/8" socket wrench in case of power loss. Note: This winch has a maximum run time of 3 minutes. See owner's manual for more details. All D-L StrongArm electric winches are built for multipurpose hauling and pulling operations. They are not to be used as hoists for lifting, supporting, or transporting people, or for handling loads over areas where people could be present.
