The Eagle LC-42 is soft rubber, well made, and covers the main lens very well. It is a bit tight on my Nikon Monarch 12x42 ATB binocular, but won't be lost like the poorly designed original covers. Pros: Soft rubber Cons: Tight fit

I have a nice set of binoculars, but the cheap lens caps would not stay on. The Eagle covers fit snug and protect the lenes. Optics Planet service is 1st rate. Pros: Works as advertised. Cons: None.

Eagle Optics Tethered Lens Cover SET from OpticsPlanet is an inexpensive alternative to the plastic caps sent by many manufacturers (which are the first things to get lost when you're in the field). The caps are removed from the binocular body with ease and they hang out of the way while viewing!image

The 32 mm caps will fit outside diameters of 44 mm.

The 42 mm caps will fit outside diameters of 50 mm.

The 50 mm caps will fit outside diameters of 57 mm.
