Product Info for Eberlestock 38 mm x12in M-Type Extender Straps
The M-Type Extender Straps have been created to connect two 38mm wide stock straps (such as the FX-3M) into two separate straps, or in other words, extend the length of your stock by 12 inches. The two straps come in a length of 12 inches. They use two of the durable webbing of the FX-3M for the straps and two of the polymer sliders. There are two small hooks on the sliders to engage with if you're using an extender with a quick release buckle - one on top and one on the bottom of the straps - that allow you to attach a carabiner or parachute closure (not included) to connect the two straps. They also have plastic sliders to keep them from sliding off.
