Dispensing gun can be installed near or in the water bath. Place the syringe with the desired volume on the syringe barrel of the heating block under the syringe tip. Fill the syringe with the required volume of water and connect the gun to the water bath through the tube. Allow the product to cool and begin to flow. The water bath should be turned off and the syringe handle should be lifted. Then the gun can be removed and the syringe handle gripped and the operating switch operated from the laboratory. The housing of the dispensing gun should be made of either stainless steel or of a material which has been chrome-plated or polished. It cannot be painted. The nozzle of the dispensing gun should not be sized larger than the product being dispensed or the syringe holder should be changed at the gun.
