The top flap is designed to be closed by hand; however, with the use of the Velcro closure, you can open the top flap should you need to access your mace more quickly. It is made of 1000 denier nylon with nylon cord-locks and double slider for easy access yet provides a durable and stable platform for any tactical situation. This is a great way to keep your mace pepper spray on hand for emergency self-defense or tactical situations. The back of the case is constructed with a heavy-duty plastic lining that is padded to protect the canister when open. This case is designed to fit a mace pepper spray canister.
