This mount is pretty solid. The only problem I've had is when it was mounted on an AR10 in 308. After one mag the light was pushed all the way forward and about to come out. On my AR15 in 5.56 it had no issue holding the light. Its not a "go to war" ...

The Elzetta ZRX Tactical Flashlight Mount provides secure attachment. Now you can mount a 1" tactical flashlight to any standard 1913 Picatinny rail with the Elzetta ZRX Flashlight Mount. The ZRX provides a safe, secure low-profile attachment of any tactical flashlight with a body diameter of 0.94 to 1.04 inches. The Elzetta ZEX Modular Flashlight Mount is strong and durable and made with hard anodized aluminum clamping rings, steel hardware and polymer body for a very lightweight (1.1 oz), rock solid connection to the Picatinny rail.image
