Does this insert come with the adapter nose piece or is that something I need to purchase separately?

According to the ESS website, the "High-Clearance" Vice Rx Nosepiece included with the Vice insert. I found this to be true from various third party suppliers as well. This allows the Rx insert to have the same stand-off from eyelashes and such as the non-Rx eyeshields. (The Lo-Pro nosepiece comes standard with regular/non-Rx eyeshields.)

Through this ESS Advancer V12 / ICE Vice Prescription Insert RX insert w / RX prescription, I can use my favorite Advancer V12 shooting glasses longer. Perfect solution for backward eyes. Also for the long distance shooter.

No problems with fit and a great product overall. Make sure to change out the nosepiece and use the one provided or you may run into problems. The prescription was right on and I have no issues using these as shooting inserts.

I owned the original version of these and the framing scratched the lens badly. These are great and I have much better field of view with them. Very easy to assemble and the nose piece allows the inserts to stay off the lens.
